Into the Fogby aberrationComment: Nice, simple scene of walking the dog even when the weather isn't too nice. Composition works well. |

Blizzardby JutildaComment: Like the inclusion of the rain/ snow - definitely makes me want to huddle inside in the warmth and dry. The white of the ground seems a little too white/ blown out but it's not a major issue. |

Clean Round the Bendby Mr_PantsComment: Hello Alan! Are you sulking at being asked to clean the bathroom again? Does look a bit cramped in there... hope you flushed before you got in?! |

SWAMP OF THE LIVING DEADby AlexSaberiComment: Nicely done - the high colour saturation and cloudy sky both work well to create a fantasy environment and the "zombies" work well too! The hand grabbing the frame of the shot seems a touch too red and rather clumsily cut out but the idea/ effect itself works well. |

Circle of Hopeby banmornComment: The location of the homeless man beneath a sign of Hope is an interesting juxtaposition. Makes the situation all the more poignant. |

tyredby silverfoxxComment: Wow, that's different! Love the contrast between frosty and abandoned tyres and warm, living flesh. Not sure I love the processing - the edges look really strange - kind of like too much sharpening but not quite the same. |

the tormented mindby drueovComment: I like this unusual variation on the theme - the space inside one's mind. That said, I doubt the image would, on it's own, bring the challenge theme to mind so you may find some voters vote you down for that. I really like the shallow depth of field which so effectively blurs foreground and background leaving only the knuckles and part of the gun in sharp focus. The close crop and angle of view both work well. So too does the nicely converted black and white presentation. |

Limits by JudiComment: I love the sky of this image with the menacing clouds and rays of sunlight... but the body, whilst well posed, just doesn't seem to belong to the landscape - it's like it's floating above the earth rather than lying on it. |

The glacierby saiphfireComment: Nice scene and I like the fogginess of the sky and the grain too. I think the shot overall is too dark in that most of the snow is a mid-tone grey. I imagine that's because lightening the whole image would cause blowout in the sunlit area of the sky but I think some selective adjustments to bring more white in would help. |
