The only thing would be - why use ISO800 when you have loads of shutter speed to work on when it comes to freezing action? Of course, I guess this was pretty unprepared? :)

Great timing and focus, love the colors and background. It's all been said, anyhow, I love it!

Awesome timing, yet a very well done photograph indeed. I like the (lack of) colors - everyone knows how a lionesse looks, so I don't really miss them. The tones of the fur and mouth makes it work.

You make great use of close-to-square cropping on some of your animals, good job. The only thing I find a little bit distracting is the shade on her side, since it has some harsh edges, particularily below the chin. But that's about it.

This reminds me of the third place in the Ansel Adams challenge, the rock formations that is. The composition here is good, I wish the skies stood out from the hilltops a bit more though. A very good image indeed.

Nice colors and a good sunset photo, but unfortunately there are better ones (to me) in this free study. But the color contrast is great, and small details like the reflections of a lake at the bottom makes for a plus.

The Pirate's Bride

I'm a little split on this one. She's not entirely pirate, more like a modeled pirate not wholeheartedly executed. And, the landscape is great and would've been a good shot without her. Still, she manages to capture my eye and make this image stand out in the crowd.

It's wonderful how the same thing (sunset) can create so many different scenes. And how they never stop amazing me. Too bad with the color diffraction around the silhouette.

Elegance

Elegance at its best! I hope you don't get deducted for partial nudity, this is both tasteful and beautiful. How she melts into the background and the cloth on the other side is very nice, and the composition is great - particularily the line that goes up on the left side of her back to her arm. Her expression is perfect too. Four points for a great capture, and three for the post processing. Three to the model :) Ten.

The only thing I'd deduct for is that the "soft focus" removes some needed sharpness in her face, but I won't. The overall is still a ten for me.
