Composition - Composing a subject like this is very hard especially when you’re taking the photograph yourself. I did notice part of you head cut off just a tad. This kind of throws the composition a little. I would have tried a different angle in order to still be conscious of the photograph as well was getting yourself in the frame completely. Maybe an angle from the top coming down to the ground this would have had you looking more up at the camera rather than straight on. I do like the pose though very intriguing and unique.
Set-up & Camera - Choice of Lighting – The lighting choice is very good in the sense you stuck to one light source to illuminate the subject. However it is just a tad harsh causing loss in contrast. An easy fix for this could have been using a white bed sheet over the window as a diffuser to make the light a little more subtle increasing the overall contrast.
The ISO, DOF, Shutter Speed were all the good choice. I am assuming your were going for noise in the photograph and the DOF makes the photograph start focusing from your eyes out towards the rest the of the body.
Post Processing - The photograph is a little flat. Some things to fix this could have been using dodge and burn to create some dimension and texture. This would have also created a harsher contrast.
Opinion - The photograph fits the challenge very well as it is a self portrait. My reaction when first looking at the photograph was just wonderful eyes you have. I would have done more of a head shot with your shoulders in the same pose. This would have brought your eyes more into play and the shoulders and arms would have created curves, the beauty of women, “Curves”. This would have also helped fill the frame at little more.
Cheers,
