If I have to find one flaw, that would be her face lacks a bit of light. Most of the light seems to be on the back of her head, and hair. She got some beautifull eyes that a little sparkle would have made stand out more.
Otherwise, that's a very goof portrait. Her smile seems trully genuine.

Great color balance; good match of background color with shirt. Very powerfull eyes. Great composition and excellent lighting. Would have like to see some skin texture; oh well I guess it's the new trend. I think that would have been the greatest portrait here if just a bit more natural looking. Don't get me wrong, I am all for photoshop enhencements, but total annihilation of skin texture is a sad trend. Still, a well deserved 8.
