Too much light on her. She has beautiful eyes. The light washes her face out and takes away from them.

Flash light at such a close range doesn't do justice to the model. The shadow cast by the nose is very distracting.

Nice Picture but I think it would be better if the lighting came from the other side. Good Job!

Nice crop and interesting face. I would have preferred it wth a softer light

Excellent focus, but the lighting it so harsh that it is hard to look at and it is very unflattering to the model. With softer lighting her best features would have been enhanced.

Too close up for me, I don't really like the over all focus or color

nice smile and eyes but seems a little close and the hair on the left is distracting.

The light is way too harsh, using a soft daylight coming through a window would have made all the difference here..

this picture could be much improved with different lighting. perhaps something more natural like a morning light, something that brightens the eyes and doesn't mess with the skin tone

The lighting seems a little too harsh, but nice tight closeup.

A nice looking girl, but a bit heavy on the flash, I'm afraid.

good, but maybe too close of a crop

Very harsh light. If you don't know how to use flash (I certainly don't!), try taking your portraits in available light.

The lighting brings out her eyes nicely, but washes out her skin tones and gives her a red splotchy look. I would be tempted to isolate her eyes, then work on removing the red from her face, giving her a smoother look.
