Silkkiuikutby RupertComment: Needs better focus. Nice warm colors. I would have cropped out more of the white bottom and darkened it some. Good luck! |

Alone up there.by visual28Comment: Nice color and simplicity. Are the trees the subject that are 'alone'? Nice balance of the composition. |

A Portrait of An Artist by librodoComment: The moment this popped up said wow and hit the 10. Each time I look I want higher numbers to give it. I love the rich colors, contrast, placement, textures (esp the background is outstanding), and the expression shows a depth and hardship of a free spirit. I am really in awe of people who can do portraits, it is a struggle for me to even point the camera at strangers. Would you consider writing up a tutorial for us grovellers? Esp on ways to make people comfortable and be natural?
Thanks so much for your inspiration! |

Last a Lifetimeby MontereykiddoComment: This is really excellent, but I think only lacking a spotlight on the central gem to make it pop out. As is, it is rather difficult to see. Nice hand models. Good luck! |

Beauty Jewel...by sfarrell23Comment: You seem to have a nice studio setup here. I wish the gems were lit to sparkle, they seem grimly dull. Advertising wise, your text is overwhelming your product. Perhaps a lighter color, transparent, and/or smaller. Nice DOF. |

One Gucci is never enoughby SteveinnzComment: Your reflection on all of the facets is quite distracting. There is a Current Challenge forum page on this challenge that include posts of some tutorials on light box work and talks about setting up a sheet with a hole cut for the lens...
