A Big Chairby xianartComment: Different. And the BW post processing really simplifies the image. The white table (?) I would have got rid of in a perfect world. |

afternoon ballet classby whiteroomComment: Lesley Goodman. You really do have the ability to find the right moment to press the shutter button. Over and over you capture the essence of people. Compositions are interesting and of quirky.
And all of that even if the technicals are not always perfect. Some overblown highlights on the left, a little soft and noisy, and a weird colour because of the acid processing.
But it works. It works well. Over and over again. |

Ultra Violet Wigby glenncComment: Nice colours. Pity about the white background on the left. Takes the focus away from her face. |

Kevin's Levitation Minuteby shoggyComment: That's a long levitation. I wish that there was more space above his face. Looks like he is going to smash it on the edge of the frame. And a slightly darker foreground to make him really stand out. |

A Beautiful Childby sherpetComment: A lovely portrait that he will look back at when he is outselling My Chemical Romance and playing to 100,000 in stadiums. |

Red Sparkling Tomatoby hajekaComment: I keep looking at this image to see why it doesn't jump out an say "I'm special". Is it the white in the background? Or the marks on the left? Can't find it though. A good image nonetheless. |

Accordion Blues Concertby EssAreDubyaComment: Intense concentration? Or shyness because the picture is being taken? I think that a crop to the shoulder would focus the image a bit more. |
