one bad weedby lightningComment: This is good, one of the VERY few that actually meet the definition of true minimalism. Good job. |

Guardian Angelby eyjoComment: Way over saturated, photoshop is a tool my friend that should be used as such, you've caused distortion in the edges because of the amount of saturation that you have applied. |

SMALL, but MIGHTY eye catching (flower in stones)by jcclucciComment: You've missed the mark with this, according to Webster Minimalism is "a style or technique (as in music, literature, or design) that is characterized by extreme spareness and simplicity" There is way to much going on here with the blur forcing your into the center of the image. The subject is out of focus, it is too centered. Use the rule of thirds, lose the radial zoom technique focus sharply on the subject and reshoot, then you may have something. |

Color me Springtimeby TruegshtComment: one would have been succesful, two sufficient, three is too many. Webster - "a style or technique (as in music, literature, or design) that is characterized by extreme spareness and simplicity" Simplicity in number as well as color. |

mintby du5k0neComment: this is not minimalism - webster - "a style or technique (as in music, literature, or design) that is characterized by extreme spareness and simplicity" too much going on in this shot to be simplistic, too much movement, to many subjects |

7:32:26 PMby codauberComment: Webster: "Minimalism - a style or technique (as in music, literature, or design) that is characterized by extreme spareness and simplicity." Someone has actually made a minimalistic image without breaking the other photographic rules. Stayed with the rule of thirds, good framing, love the clock in the smaller frame that tells the time. Those that see will get it, those that don't get it should train their eyes to see, not to look. My only nit and it's minor, needs a little contrast, but it's minor. Good job! |
