| 05/14/2009 03:28:03 PM | Life, Age Has No Limitsby BrianRComment: Totally agree with you,
Now regarding this picture, I am not sure it is presented in its best,
First, I am not sure I like the composition, what is the subject I am concentrating at? The couple on the right? the couple of the left? the singer maybe?
The picture has to convey a message without reading the text. More as a Point and Shoot capture to me with lots of potentials.
This is of course my humble opinion, I hope my comment is taken in a positive way, all the best, 5 | Photographer found comment helpful. |

Like it, the only thing not sure about is using the dead center composition, I would apply Rule of third in here.

| 05/14/2009 03:17:27 PM | OUR BESTby AnasArabComment: Very well Said, a message well conveyed. I wonder how it will be received in here, thus; I am adding it to my favorites to see how it will do.
Now aside from the Hadith, which is too wonderful to be considered in scoring, and talking only about your photograph:
I find the composition really wonderful and applied to too many occasions, but having dear wife in it, gives the message clearly,
The picture is not as sharp as I would like it to be, can't blame you much for it in here as we have to downsize it to meet the rules in here. If you think the large version is not sharp enough, then you might need to conceder this.
Now the last thing I don't like, is the background, it looks too much like the flowers, same tonal range, same colors, same contrast, gives kind of a flat feeling. I'd love it to be a different colors, and some light in it.
This is of course my humble opinion, I hope my comment is taken in a positive way, all the best, 6
Keep up the, | Photographer found comment helpful. |

The lighting can be more dramatic, It would add to the composition if you used the rule of third,
Beside that, very well done, 7

| 05/14/2009 03:05:06 PM | Falling Lightby digital_knightComment: Hi Doug,
What a nice image you have in here, please don't get discouraged by the DQ, it happens to almost all of us, specially in the early days, I've got DQ twice, and I still remember the pain :) But I didn't let this stop me.
Welcome to DPC and keep up the good work :) |
