Afternoon coffee by malapropamComment: I think this is one of my favorite shots that I have seen. The colors and subject matter are great. Technically this photo is excellent. I wouldn't be surprised seeing this in a gallery at some gallery or museum. The subtle shadows, the look on their faces is excellent. One very very minor suggestion I would try is dodging the womans face (I understand spot editing is not allowed for this particular site but for your own photo I would see if it gives an improvement) |

Pretzel Timeby iggy386Comment: I have no idea why this specific hue was chosen but it ruined your photo. |

size does matter!!!!by JEFFCOWLESComment: Don't think this fits into the candid category at all. This to me is a self portrait of someone lying on the bed with a camera in the stretched out arm. Maybe better suited for "Fear" not "Candid" |

Checkin it Outby GotchaComment: A very good idea, however, this is a bit too "crowded" for my taste, you have not singled out anyone. Concentrating on a smaller part of the beach would have helped a lot more. |

Bird On A Wireby PM76227Comment: I'm not going to bother with "Wildlife being candid or not"...I'll just explain why this particular one does not work for me. The concept, I can deal with...But, it would work much better if you had only the wire and the bird on the wire, without the light pole and the transformer in the photo. Also, I don't know how easy this would have been accomplished but...Get the silhouette of the bird bigger. It seems so tiny and non-interesting more as an afterthought instead of the main subject. At the first glance I noticed the color of the sky more than I noticed the bird, going for the light pole + transformer second...leaving the bird as my last subject of attention. |

Shotgun Salad Dressingby jperez1690Comment: I don't like it...Because, the main subject of this seems to be the exploding beer and whatever else there is in there. The more interesting shot would have been the person's face as he pulled the trigger or when he saw the things explore. |

Exclusionby jmsetzlerComment: On one hand, the guy in the foreground puts me off from this photo. It seems as if he's posing for the camera. However, I'm more interested in the two people at the end of the bar enjoying a casual conversation with some pints. A nicely framed shot of the guy facing you with the pint in the shot would have definitely worked. I do like that you went with B&W on this as it gives a nostalgic feel overall... |

Who?by johnsonComment: I'm sorry, I can't relate to this shot. I like the humor in it, but it looks more like someone just put the cat next to the photo and it was fascinated by it for a few seconds while someone took the photo. |
