nice composition the way the road and the railing are opposites. Is the forground a bit washed out or is it my monitor? 7

ooh - I love the shadow of the grown up leg on the left contrasting with the little girl but the shadow on the right is meaningless and distracting - crop about an inch closer on the right. 8

nice scene. The photo, however, could be more interesting/ The interesting part is outside the window so perhaps a darker exposure would have made the concrete and the window frame under exposed but the field would not have been so over exposed. it would have more of an inside looking out feel then, perhaps implying servitude and the contrast between the living spaces. I like the vines overgrowing the window the best, suggests age and change and decay and a past way of life, also the vines link the inside cold and harsh concrete with the outside sunshine but they are so over exposed that they don't stand out, too bad that fence rail cuts the barn and maim house in half - 5

blood? This is a remarkable image, rather disturbing. the story it tell to me is self injury, unhappiness, see how the hand is pressing to get out? symbolicly trying to escape some internal pain represented by the haze and wetness of the rest of the body, An image like this that is faceless effectively allows the viewer to supply the identity. Techinically perfect, nice focus, veru good use of DOF, rule of thirds, desaturated color - all sepua except the blood, leading lines of the shower drops point up to the missing face. powerfull

I like your boring window - it is such a simple photo but tells a story none the less. the lace has a homey irish feel. it is night yet there are few lights outside. there is no shade so it must be a safe place. the curtain is slghtly titled, feels like a bit of a breeze. Nice - 9
