This is an interesting idea, but the composition is far too sloppy. Since this piece of architecture is symmetrical, level & plump then that should be reflected in the photo. The hint of windows on the far right edge and the uneven cropping of the very top and bottom windows hurts the picture, in my opinion. Lastly, it's far too "flat." The same shot could be done at a different time of day when the light is far more interesting. That would result in a far better picture. As is, it's very neutral...and neutrality is great for the Swiss but lousy for art.

The lighting, contrast, color saturation and composition are all very weak. FInally, this isn't frozen motion. It's ALMOST frozen, but it's still not what the challenge described. Every aspect of the moving subject is blurred. However, the subject matter is strong. That's a good start. Most of the applicants haven't succeeded in that.

Hot air balloons simply don't move fast enough to qualify as "stopped" motion. But, the composition of the photo is very good. The lighting is too neutral, however.

Considering how slow hot air balloons rise I wouldn't consdier this to be a stop motion challenge. It's a very nice photo, however. Great use of negative space!

Crop the right negative space. It's not helping the subject matter. It's actually weakening the impact of your center of attention. Also, consider adjusting your color. The skin hue and color of light could be vibrant. The green grass could be greener.

What an excellent photo! Your sense of light and color contrast is wonderful. The subject matter is engrossing. However, the composition is weak and the lighting is a bit flat. Consider cropping off the right edge so the composition is more refined. I'd also crop off the top so the row of elephants is vertically centered, which would draw even more attention to them.
