Light Danceby bobtburgComment: this is beautifully balanced shot. and great use of negative space to create the "wow" in this image. the composition works well here... however, when i look at this i think it may have worked even better as a 427x640 image. Cowspaceby RemieComment: well, looks like Frank is late again...this shot made me lol. how did you get those cows to line up with the perfect amount of spacing for another cow? that is the important space here...love it. (9) ~mcmurma |

shopperby grahamgormanComment: incredible shot. outside of the context of this challenge i would rate this a 12+, but the negative space plays a supporting role to the "wow" of this image...still, i love this shot. (8) ~mcmurma |

Splitting Upby razwanComment: subtle image. the crack adds a lot of movement and visual interest through the negative space. quite nice. (8) ~mcmurma |

The Smithfield Street Bridgeby alanfreedComment: Love this! excellent use of negative space... dark sky, reflections in the water, red RR tracks (how did you get that color? local lighting?) Looks like you "get" negative space... and with a lot of elements to boot. well done. (10) ~mcmurma |

A shade of negitiveby justineComment: you get it. very pretty shot and great use of negative space to create the "wow" of this photo. i love the tonal gradations... very soothing and warm. also like the limited DOF. all these things work together to make this a memorable image. (10) ~mcmurma |

Butterflies are Freeby TerryGeeComment: the mottled backgroud coupled with the mottled butterfly (its a moth ' - ) works well here. this image would not work without the impressionistic negative space in the background. nice shot. (10) ~mcmurma |
