this shot has back-lighting all right. although it is making those people in silhouette. also the foreground is overwhelmingly front lit.
now front-lit foreground looks beautiful because of the background sunset light. as you can see i am confused, i will not vote for this image and only leave my comment. if it wasn't for this challenge, my vote would have been 8. good luck.

sharpness is outstanding and the background (fountain or waterfall?) makes this shot interesting. just a little too hot in some areas though.
