	Small Town on a Rainy Night by Judith Polakoff Comment: This shot has a great feel to it. The light reflection on the wet street is beautiful. I think this will be in the top 5.

	City Reflected in a Puddle by Keith Maniac Comment: Beautiful gold tones. I have this picked for a top 3. I think I would have liked the composition a bit better if the line of lights had been less centered. 9.

	Stubborn! by atsxus Comment: This shot definitely captured the mood you were trying to convey, the composition, lighting, and expression are perfect. It just looks like the focus landed on the neck instead of the face. If the soft focus of the face was intentional, I don't think it adds anything to the photo. Pretty good overall.

	The Phone is Ringing by ccasey Comment: This is a different take on the phone theme. I think the soft focus works here. The only thing that jumps out at me is the inconsistent lighting in the phonebooths. That is a little distracting.
