while there has been a lot of discussion about this, you can not be DQ'd for not meeting the challenge DETAILS just the rules. There have been certain challenges where you MUST meet the details or be DQ'd but they are few and far between.

(I know you didn't mention DQ'ing the image but basically the same thing)

Nice shot, even the unedited one is nice really nice. They are supposed to have monthly events here where you can get up close and personal with the 22s while they are on island but I'm not sure if we get to photograph it...I sure hope so. I work on one side of the flight line and live on the other so I hear this bad boys all day long...makes me jump to the window every time lol.

Very cool shot. I would love to get images like this but not sure what it would take to get the clearance paperwork. Maybe I'll take that sunset picture I have over to them and see if I can get clearance for more. I love the bit of afterburn coming out the tail.

another cute cloning image, the only thing I can see wrong (which kind of stood out rather quickly) is the artist's shadows...or the lack there of. Otherwise a good shot.

absolutly beautiful, I love that you kept some foreground in there, I think most would have cut it at the tree line.

I long for the day I can get to shoot these. I tried once in Northern Illinois but was freezing before they appeared so I gave up lol.

ummm there aren't any power lines in the image...you might be seeing the waves in the ocean beyond the trees.
