Really solid abstract. I like the grain and the shadows are terrific. Good job. 7 (Though if you cropped out about an inch at the top this would become a little more powerful (and get you an eight from me).

Fantastic. Absolutely fantastic. I would say this is a lucky shot - lucky to be there, lucky to see this. But I'm a firm believer that you make your own luck (plus this shot is technically perfect). Perhaps my favourite thing about this image is the way a fully grown penguin serves as the backdrop for the parental penguin, while the brown babies provide the background for the baby. That division is highly successful in my book. A well deserved 10. I'll eat my hat if this doesn't end up in the 7s somewhere!.

Certainly is soft, and certainly is pretty. As far as flower shots go (admittedly not my favourite genre) this is a very solid one.

Wonderful flower here - perhaps a tighter crop around the bud ? Love the colours, and the focus is spot on.

Good subject here, but the frame just appears a little messy and the sky is a bit overexposed. Definately worth re-shooting here. I'd also try it in black and white - I think this subject lends itself really well to a monochrome treatment.

Wow, that's one of the coolest skies I've ever seen. Perhaps a little too much dark down the bottom of the shot - might have cropped it out if I were you. Otherwise, once again, terrific sky. 7.

NIce angle - like the hue shift here. I would like a slightly deeper DOF here - just a little bit more of the eyelashes in focus would work wonders.

Cute picture. BW works well, though the focus seems slightly off.

I like the panoramic crop here, the image itself could use a bit more contrast or something. Might also have worked better if you had just focused closely in on the three horses on the left hand side - those three together really hold my interst, and would be really dramatic if isolated.
