Did you freeze that in some kind of bottle? The black in the background serves as a nice contrast with the ice and the pencil. Good choice! |

Pencil in a meetingby jsabbartonComment: Generally this is a pretty good idea! The only think I have to complain about is the pencil seems small compared to the size of the entire image. However it is depicted as the main subject of the image so I may just be complaining for nothing! |

Creativity Toolby stephanComment: The soft focus is soo very obviously used on purpose in this picture. It does a good job of fuzzing out what the person is drawing to focus the attention more on the pencil. And the brightness of that pencil is almost scary! it's glowing!!! Was that the pencil itself that did that? |

Pencil Sketchby mcrochipComment: That is a pretty cool idea. Reminds me of that guy on the show "art attack" (not sure if you've heard of it) when there's a camera high up and this guy makes a whole picture out of either strange objects or salt. That eraser gave me that feeling. |
