I quite like the "painted" effect. I think you have handled the filter well. The composition works well and the girl's expression is very effective. The overall green colour works well to add a sort of "matrix" feel to the image. The saturation of the colour of the pills does make them look a abit out of place to me. The overall composition works well.

This image appeals to me the more I look at it. The expression on the subject's face contrasted against the brickwork is quite interesting. I wonder if making it black and white would enhance the textures and give the image a bit more emotional impact. Cropping it a little tighter around the subject might also enhance the impact.
