I agree with K10D guy (I cannot believe I just said that!). I wish you the best, but I think you are going to have an issue with getting it validated. :(

From the rules: create your entry from 1-10 captures of a single scene (defined as a scene whose composition/framing does not change).

I think that composition would definately include the running children. Especially considering they were within your creative control. (not like clouds or wind-blown grass which will move but not be within the photographer's control)

I do hope I am wrong about that, because it is a great image, and I would hate to see anyone lose a ribbon. Good luck. (and I DO mean that)
