Yes, that is a 1929 Duesenberg J she's sitting on! Shot at the Auburn Cord Duesenberg parade as it was parked in front of the courthouse. I don't know what these cars are worth - some Duesys have sold for more than a million, and a basket case is probably still worth 1/4 million. She's very friendly and lets people across the ropes to take a close look at the interior.
Editing: Too much to remember. Crop. Used two layers, the whole picture as a background layer, desat, darken, dodge along the edges, and slight burn around her. Cut her from the original picture and on that layer did color adjust, clarify, bumped sat, curves, levels. Merged the layers, added border, resized for web, sharpen.

Yeah, that's rough, man. Softer edge wouldn't have been DQed. She's an interesting character nonetheless. Definitely something that needed to be captured.

So what was the illegal effect? spotlight effect because the vignette was not feathered enough?

I didn't get Heida from this at all. sorry. But, that said, score some extra point for delivering an interesting picture nevertheless.
