Radiomodelism Motorby DiscraftComment: Good Micro with texture, lines, curves, and some color. Focal point on the motor [good] with detail. Nice shot. |

Phoneless Cordby whatdewucComment: What can I say; it̢۪s been done over and over and over again. But should I penalize your shot for that, NO. Next time maybe a more original shot or angle. With that said I think you have a good micro here. I wish the focal area could have included the entire RJ45 connector not just the front bottom and the yellow cable. There were more colors you could of captured in this shot with a different composition such as the green, red, and black wire that I think would of added to your photo. Good micro and good luck. |

Honeyby Dr.ConfuserComment: Not to interesting of a subject to me but we were limited on what to take. I just don̢۪t see the association between honey and M&M̢۪s. Your focal point seems to be on the honey leaving an out of focus foreground and background which distracting in this shot. Seems that only about a 1/5th of your photo is in focus. Good attempt. |

Mandarinby dr rickComment: Mandarin orange, in it̢۪s self I don̢۪t think would have been a good subject, BUT in this micro challenge I think it works. A good point of your picture is that it is in focus and you did a good job of backlighting. However it seems flat with vary little variance in color. Over all a good shoot! |

zipperby kittenfcComment: Great Micro shot however imo I believe the sipper should have been the focal point and it seems a bit out of focus. I think if you had the zipper as your focal point it would have been more dramatic. Nice texture and I think B&W works well and good DOF. Nice job! |

Fun in the Sunby SDWComment: A thank you goes out to everyone that voted and commented on this photograph. I was very please with this picture because the only editing done was [auto level, auto contrast, and resize to 640x530. NO other editing done and it showed me that my camera [and I ] have the possibilities to take imo Great Pictures without having to do a lot of editing. The F2.8 lens really did a good job with a small DOF. I̢۪m very happy with my score; it is my best so far. Again thank to everyone! |

The Gorge at Watkins Glenby lwkimagesComment: As they say in gymnastics ‘you nailed it’. Wonderful shot with great focus, lighting and a slow SS for smooth flow of water. With the addition of fall leaves makes it a great October shot. Wonderful! |

Fall's Tranquilityby Resusit8uComment: I love this photo with its great autumn colors and I love the slow shutter creating the smooth water flow. The lighting is good and I love the shadows under the rocks. The only thing that distracts me is the wheel and its components seems to be blur on top but not enough to keep this from being a great shot. |
