I didn't vote in this challenge nor have I read the comments on this shot. I find this shot uninteresting because its so centred in the frame. Its quite hard to separate visually the fly from the spider. The composition is very plain. Just from seeing the thumbnail of the outtake it appears the better shot of the two. Also I don't know the Stones track. Maybe if you had chosen a better know Stones song to shot, your votes would have gone up ??Hope this helps sorry. Graham

Nice composition, unfortunately the quality lets this down. Try getting nearer the subject, so you don't need to crop so much out
