Electric Fruit Bowlby KiwiChrisComment: i love the way those lights relflect out of the bowl. the vase and doily kind of ruin it for me though.. i get where you were going with it, but i think it sort of cheapens the picture a bit. |

Quarter After Tenby LoudDogComment: now this is a great idea for this challenge. would be nice if the shadows were a little more defined, but you work with what you can get :) |

Saturday Night In The Parkby belo1Comment: i just love all those little starbursts!! i'm assuming you used a filter.. if not, how did you get such a great effect? beautiful colors, but i'm not a fan of the blurry parts (woman getting in her car, the one car in the right lane). I would have liked to see a picture of the street alone, with just the cars all lined up on the left and none on the right, with no people in sight. very cool picture, great job |

Wet New England Roadby RatedRComment: supercool, what a fun picture! I've wanted to try something like this out myself for awhile now. the light streaks are very clean and I love the starbursts. FANTASTIC detail and coloring on the background. wonderful job, one of my faves so far |

Dolphinby hallswelComment: great idea, but the dolphin isn't really in focus, and could stand to be polished up a little first, as well |

Candle Litby DianaBComment: it's all just a little too dull and grainy for me.. I'd like to see more contrast, some deeper colors, more definition of the details, and try to get that candle in focus.. watch out for the reflections in the glass, those really detract from the central point of the picture. try using white posterboards to block out background objects, and also maybe try using a different fabric instead of a towel - all those terrycloth loops are just way too distracting! :) |
