Looking in the tiger cage...by sageComment: I take it you were outside. This is a nice portrait. I t could use a little more light from the lower right to soften the shadows from the head onto the neck and shoulder. A 6. |

Merlot Crystalby grahampComment: The lighting seems a little inadequate. Lovely composition and point of view.

A simple dislocationby graphicfunkComment: We would not usually cut someone's head open in this manner to look inside nor allow ours to be so cut off while gazing inside. I would also like to have somewhat of a peek inside myself. It is somewhat interesting that left and right halves are shown masked off with similar masks. Good modeling by observer, nice intense look. I assume you were both models and this is a dual strobed single long exposure. An 8 for creativity and execution. |

HOW MUCH LONGERby sofapComment: Good story line here. I would have liked to see more of the inside and less of your shadow. A 6. |

SPCAby SeanachaiComment: This is a hiighly moving picture and shows the pathos that we usually avoid by eally staying outside without looking in. A 10 . |

Odd cat outby ergoComment: I don't like the lips on that kitty inside. I think you may have over saturated this picture, but am willing to consider that it is just one ugly cat. You have, however, outdone most withe reference to the challenge. You have the camera and two kitties on the outside, and you have presented the view of the inside to the audience. I think a little more depth of field would have been nice and a little more cropped from left and top. A 6. |

tunnel visionby gtp1164Comment: I have no idea what is outside the tunnel looking into it. The part of the picture that is well lit has very few pixels to represent it. A 3. |

Hello? by CutterComment: This certainly is a nice candid shot showing a welcome neighbor checking in. You have done well to retain light on the model's face and front with the strong backlighting. I think that while it is usually a compositional no no to split a picture in half vertically, it works to some extent here. A7. |
