Nappingby chunkyComment: nice DOF, blah blah. It's all about the tongue. The tongue makes the shot. Otherwise, it's just another picture of another sleeping dog. The tongue marks this dog as this dog, if that makes sense. |

Ralphby dragonladyComment: Nice capture of a typical JRT expression - curious and excited. |

This is MY studio time.by saiphfireComment: Great capture! I'll let other people complain about the wrinkles on the sheet (they don't bother me much), but I wish there were more definition to the dog. The crop is good, but the lighting almost makes him look like a cardboard cutout instead of a real dog. |

Royal's Girl (Margot Tenenbaum)by f-eightphotosComment: Nice idea, but I think the negative space overwhelms her. She's getting lost in all that white, so I'm mostly seeing her outfit. I'm losing the tiara, too, which is a shame 'cause it's a cute touch. |

a violent youthby posthumousComment: I'm going with "intentional blur" as opposed to "out of focus," but the centered composition doesn't work for me. |

Bringing Sexy Backby seenosunComment: Cool picture. Awesome title. Good choice to make sure the entire ear is in the frame, but it seems kind of lost. |

"I hate this babysitting"by ThaiComment: I know this was probably a tough moment to capture, but it might have been better from a different angle, maybe take the picture from where the dog is looking. That way, you can fill the frame with animals instead of all that carpeting or whatever. |
