Deep in the Forestby MaryOComment: Looked like a CSI evidence photo at first :). If it's the right fungus, you can make a nice salad from it (though this one looks a bit old, you need a younger specimen). But OK, when it comes to fungi, you should ask an expert and not trust a dpc comment :).
