This a beautiful scene captured; I love the covered sidewalks and all that this time of year. I think the cars and man in the scene will keep this from scoring extremely high simply because it is a more spontaneous capture. I have no opinion of borders in general, but I would have to say that this one is too "much" in my opinion - and as a whole, DPC tends to vote borders down for some reason.

Wonderful idea for a cold January! Only thing I can suggest to improve this is the colors are a bit flat to me, but that is just a personal opinion or taste.

Cute expression captured. The colors/tint appears "off" on my monitor and I think you will get hit for too personal of a "snapshot" possibly.There is also a slightly strange appearance to the hands - can't tell if it is NeatImage or just the way the light hit. I also imagine Easter having a lighter, more colorful background - but that's just me.

Great studio work. My only nit-pik is that I think I may have found it more engaging as a larger canvas with the shoes taking up less of the frame.

Very nice, traditional layout; you obviously spent some time setting this up and thinking about it. The only thing out of place for me is the glass - I think it gives it too casual and cluttered of an appearance.

Very nice as a background, but needs a bit more of a focal point in my opinion. I find myself taking similar picutures of rocks that are pleasing to look at, but don't always work as well as a static image.

I find this to be a very pleasing composiiton overall. The only thing that bothers me is that the pumpkins look too smooth; the lines have disappeared. Not sure if this is due to over-exposure or NeatImage, or what.

Nice stuidio shot, and great lighting & focus. I wish the cat looked a bit happier and I think I might have tried just the cap for a cleaner look.
