Here are a couple ideas -- first, the watch should say a later time -- it's either the mid-morning or early evening, and nobody is HARDCORE at those hours. :) Second, if you're going after a "tough guy" image, it could certainly be darker -- the highlights are quite blown out which sort of reminds me of last call -- and maybe even a b/w with some light color effects -- a sepia or a selective color...

Ladies & Gents, thanks for not being too brutal -- this entry should teach me not to rush poor entries in just under the deadline. I clearly didn't give enough thought to the distinction between shadows and silhouettes. As an additional disapointment, I was just out of reach -- a mere 11 places -- from the Brown Ribbon! ;)

Great idea marred by technical problems -- focus is a little soft, the image could use a bit more sharpening for web viewing, and the contrast could be increased (but only if the lighting were softer in the original image)
