Where Art Thou, O Romeo?by RoosterComment: I think the backlight would have worked better if at a higher level (behind her head?)-- as it is my attention is drawn away from her and to the feet. in portraits I prefer my attention to be drawn to the face, particularly the eyes. While this is not strictly a portrait, I would still like to have my eyes drawn to her head. I am not sure what I think about the tilt -- maybe she made you dizzy walking into the room like that. :D |

Gull in Flightby shareinncComment: Nice motion capture. It is too bad the water was brighter than the sky. The water could have been taken down and the smudges taken out for a much improved image. |

Descentby BobsterLobsterComment: I am not sure I care for the blue, but it is certainly striking. I like the boiling look of the clouds. |

Cottonwood Treeby SammieComment: Fantastic view. I would not have included the vertical cloud (contrail?) on the left, it makes a much more stiking scene without it. |

Jump #20by mikasiComment: Background too grainy and what is with the outlining? Way too much editing of what could have been a good shot, except there does not seem to be a backlight -- unless I am missing it. |

The Source of Her Strengthby librodoComment: Very nice portrait. The only think I see to make it significantly better is to crop it tighter on the right. I would have also liked to have seen more light on her eyes, such as a small pen-light (not aimed at her) to give a small light to catch in her eyes. |
