Lady like??by tolovemoonComment: I don't find this picture very interesting. It looks like there are a lot of digital artifacts from resizing or too much jpeg compression. The light on the white shirt at the left attracts my attention and pulls my eye out of the picture. |

Preston Street Stationby AndrewrComment: I don't get the relation to habits. This photo is very busy with many elements in it competing for my attention. |

A Real Nail Biterby utopian mangComment: Too out of focus for my tastes. Was this intentional? It looks like you went to the trouble of setting up a light source and creating some nice shadows but then only took one blurry shot and submitted it. |

Doing Laundry: A Necessary Sunday Habitby librodoComment: Very nice shot. I especially like the light on the water drops. I don't think this is a strong entry for the habit challenge, but that probably only drops my score 1/2 point or so. |

Nail Bitingby scalvertComment: Very Funny! Great expression. I think the flash cast kind of a harsh light on this picture, though. |

Overdoseby ltjmanComment: This made me laugh out loud! I wish the lighting were a little more even or aimed at the front instead of the feet.
Follow-up: I'm still laughing at this several hours later. +1 |

Bad Hbit - Stalking Beesby ladpupmoeComment: Very nice macro shot. The bee looks giant on that flower! Was this set up or a lucky capture? If it was set up, I would prefer a bit more depth of field and a warmer light source. If it was a lucky capture, nice job getting it shot while the bee was there. I think that stalking bees is a stretch for a habit, but I won't take off any points for it. |

Gnawerby AmiYuyComment: This is my favorite of the nail-biter entries and one of my favorites for the challenge. I like the expression and the focus. Is there a specific reason for using black and white here? I might have preferred it in color to ad a little more "life" to the skin tones. |

Hitting The Snooze Buttonby ShakeyComment: I really like this picture- one of my favorites for this challenge. I like the thoughtful approach to the topic and the execution is top-notch. The lighting and exposure looks very good and the focus is crisp. I think I would have preferred to see this in color (with a different hammer if this is one of those with a bright yellow handle) and a non-white background. |
