Snail on roseby biggood53Comment: Very very nice capture. Love the high contrast. Negative space is wonderful. Lighting superb. There is (an unintended) pun here. Step back and it looks like a shot of a bird, possibly a parrot or some such. I like the duality of that. |

Road to the Soulby LokiComment: It's hard to critique this beautiful capture. The only thing that bothers me and only a little is the whites on the left are a bit blown out and the subject is a bit too centered for my taste. If you cropped about 10% from the left of the image, it might be better. |

First Insect Macroby BruBComment: There is some doubt in my mind what the subject is ... Bug or Flower. The petals are the most accurately focused. My suggestion would be to be sure your intended subject is most accurately focused. Otherwise a very nice capture with good colors, comp, levels and contrast. Blurred background via DOF works well. |
