It would be a little better if I could see just a bit more of her nose. Very distracting to look at a nose-less woman. Otherwise a fine attempt!

IMO the contrast is too high and the sky is blown out. B&W doesn't mean litterally black and white. Think gray scale.

I see the generic but not the unique. The thing that moves this down in my scoring is first the composition, and second a subject that doesn't hold my interest. Maybe I'm just not looking at it right.
