Overall a very nice photo. It does look like there is a bit of aliasing in the photo which I would guess occurred when you resized. This can be seen on the horizontal lines on the barge. Not knowing what you used to resize I canĂ¢€™t really say how to avoid this but in many programs that are choices for the re-sampling method when re-sizing.

Good timing on the photo. The photo could be larger. The whites are a bit blown out and over all the contrast seems a bit low.

The writing on the wall seems just a little too dark. My monitor is calibrated to the strip at the bottom so I don't think it is a problem with that. Other then that it is a very good photo.
