We I have to say this really come off looking like a model, whether it is or not somehow this photos makes it look that way. I think it is that the DOF is all off. From where we are looking we should be at least a few thousand feet away from the part that is in focus, and we have several hundred feet that are in focus and yet the background is way out of focus, this just does not look right. For the monument to be in focus the camera would be focused at very close to infinity. All of this adds up to an image that just looks wrong with a glance.

Well it is a neat photo to an extent. The Bokeh is actually rather dull and it does not seem to go with the image we see in the glass, meaning it does not see right that the gray background when seen through the glass would resolve to that nice clear image. The background does not seem to fit. To be honest it looks like a gray card behind the glass.

I like the background for this. I would have liked maybe just a bit of unsharp mask on the foreground, for me at least the focus looks just a bit soft.
