Thursday morningby primabarbaraComment: At first I thought this was a severely angled evergreen forest. Then saw that it's delicate ice grown on a cold window -- at least that's what I think it is. The jaunty angle makes this for me, and the subtly colored rings in the background. Compelling image, easily beautiful. |

Ladybug Dressed In Red . . . . by ErinKirstenComment: This feels like the end of a journey, the ladybird emerging from a tunnel, or a wormhole in space. Sumptuous setting, with the ladybug having that hint of orange that invites the eye to linger. It's neat how the very shallow depth of field grazes the petal edges, left and right. |

Snack Time by rozComment: This chomping insect is yet another wonder that surpasses the realm of human imagination. Spot on depth of field on the head and stalk of grass. What I really enjoy is the very thickness of the grass. This is a perspective that allows one access to the insect's world, admits one to transformation. Thank you for it. |
