I agree about losing the fg bed and think the top half of the image is enough to tell the story here. The reflection in the headboard if planned is genius, if not is genius ;)

My only thoughts would to be the inclusion of an open suitcase and (as has been said) am not sure about the vignetting. The harsh light has been well captured and this is a very good, crisp B&W.

Love the composition here and everything fits perfectly. jury is still out on the added noise, maybe tone it down a little? Another time I may have been wanting a still lake for a perfect reflection but feel the added noise (if toned down a little) fits in well with the reflection. As has been mentioned I too love the gradient in the sky.

Nicely composed image :) Some of the spines look overexposed to me and I would have cleaned up some of the specs in between the spines. The frame is well filled and the simple lines are very effective.

yup, certaily cold there!

Am not sure the shadow of the pier helps this shot any? so, would have preferred it taken from either the other side of the pier or at a different time of day. I also agree that if you could have got lower you could have given more prominence to the ice encrusted supports.

Great leading lines to the vanishing point that lead you nicely into the sky. Not sure about the luminance layer on the sky. Nicely balanced shot and even better since you were moving!

Lovely composition here and even on my dark monitor it looks fine. The only thing I can think of to improve a little would be if the two mian drops of water were tack sharp.

Nice composition and not your average pet portrait pont of view :) Since the only real detail in this shot is the dogs face I would have liked it more detailed (might be my dark monitor though).

The detail in the lit walls/ceiling is great and we are led nicely up the stairs to the light source. I agree about trying portrait and maybe landscape with the top of the stairs less centred. Am sure this would look much better as a large print where the detail would really show itself in the shadows.

I think if you hadn't got the light right on the gates this may have been a poor shot. Almost perfect symmetry and we are led nicely into the body of the church - nice spot :)

Am torn between 'is she too central' or 'central is right' on this shot and think either would work. I do agree with Sandy (must stop doing that) in thinking this is probably your best work to date. Isn't it strange that so many people are thinking WWII? Excellent shot Luana :)
