New chance at lifeby notashamdComment: this is such a cute puppy! I have 3 dogs of my own, so I take LOTS of dog pics. you did well getting the eye's detailed. Maybe a little less direct sunlight would have brought out more detail in the fur on the face, but it's still a good picture. |

Waterfront Home. Needs Workby BigSmilesComment: What an interesting place you found. I like the green of the trees in contrast to the stark colors of the stone. Everything is very sharp and focused, it gives a good view of the whole property, not just the building. It really makes the building look out of place. |

Abandonedby hokieComment: I didn't know which was the subject, the dandelion or the building. Either is good, but together it's a little distracting. |

Theodoreby mciComment: I really like the position of the toy in front of the window and the way it's backlit, but not so much that you've lost detail in the face. The driveway out the window is kind of distracting with that crack, and also whatever is on the bottom right of the toy is a little distracting too. Something propping Theodore up? I really like the texture on him though. |

Drowning Dignity.by ninauComment: Good idea to use the dying rose, I feel sad looking at this. I can't really explain why I like it exactly... |

Verdigrisby kathleenmComment: I like the monochrome colors in this photo. Very cool feeling and rustic. This must be a great garden. |

Lucy's Doghouseby muckpondComment: lots of emotion in this picture I thought. I am a big dog lover, so maybe that's why I see emotion here. Poor Lucy... |

Not going Anywhere!by PointComment: very sharp image, but I think I would have liked it better in color. Maybe the setting sun reflecting off the train and warming it up a little.I like the whole old train idea, though. |
