It is hard to see the flower because the editing is so heavy handed. Putting back some detail through a desaturated layer set to multiply might have given you the feeling you wanted with more sense of whatever detail there was here that drew you to shoot this image.

Since no one really noted this in comments, I wanted to point out that it looks like you are backfocusing.

The bricks about a meter behind the guys are in focus, as is the parking meter and the fender, while the face of the fellow on the left is very soft. Try shooting down a brick wall or a measuring tape to see where your focal depth is. It could be a one time thing or an issue that will mess up a lot of good shots.
