Stick with this...you can really make something of photography some day...and it's easy to get discouraged or find other things to focus on...but you really have a gift, definately stick with it.

mcfly: I didn't put it on a string -- I actually ended up taping the ring light with black non-reflective electrical tape to the end of a pen. I shoulda added that in the description...kinda slipped my mind. The whole pen was wrapped in electrical tape too so it wouldn't reflect.
