Worldby LydiaComment: Nicely assembled and imagined composite. I'll pick some nits for future reference: the sharp edge at the top of the water busts the illusion, the tree could stand out some more, and you could do with less wasted space around the subject. Nice work nonetheless. |

Snowflake Trioby DudskiComment: This is really nicely processed but not really interesting outside of the cool factor (no pun intended) of the subject. In other words the overall visual impact isn't there for me. I'm assuming this is a single image and not a composite, but if it was put together I think you would have been better served with just doing one malformed snowflake. |

Balanceby crikComment: You've WAY oversharpened here, perhaps trying to enhance areas that are out of focus? Still, you want to avoid or at least fix all those halos. |

Long Train Runnin'by NikonJebComment: I like the idea of the symmetric reflection but there's just too much of it and it loses its effectiveness in the competition. You could probably crop in at multiple points within this shot and have something more interesting, but this is just OK. |

The Gift of Lifeby jjstudiosphiladelphiaComment: Lovely setting and well processed, but the couple needs to occupy more of the shot. I'd imagine in a large frame on the wall this works fine but not on a MacBook screen |

an odd hikeby TiberiusComment: The composite is just way too random for me. It's not done badly, but it's also not done in a way that convinces me it's something. |

Circles and Linesby illini75Comment: Seems to be a lot more about playing with Photoshop filters than about anything to do with photography. Not my cup of tea regardless. Choosing not to vote rather than toss it a score. |

that's it, folksby LevTComment: I really like this and am bumping it a point. That said, in your processing, when you pull out details in the stuff you want us to see, get rid of it in the stuff you don't. Too much structure in the OOF areas here. |
