Nicely composed, and the long exposure is fine (though perhaps not yet silky enough). The saturation is near the limit, but after all, it's a sunset !

The mood is of a sunset...though the sun seems to be still very high!
Nice subtlety of the light. I would consider to clone out some black dots and lines near the ducks. Good image globally.

You're the only brave who dared to post this challenge in B&W !
And I like this harsh, contrasted, a bit grainy B&W. I like also a lot the way some little silhouettes are evoking the town, without really showing it.
Original work, much interesting.
(Really Chernobyl or just a good title ?)

Some silhouetted trees and a hardly purple sky...Sorry, but there's nothing particularly attractive here. Could work with a more graphical silhouette IMO, a very special or big tree, or trees in line...
