 it's not chernobyl, but the silhuettes of these new buildings certainly reminded me on the "skyline" of chernobyl (actually it's pripjat):



i know it's like hazard submitting a b&w shot into a challenge that's probably filled with eye-catching (over)saturated photographs. on the other hand that might leave me the advantage of having an image that jumps right out of that crowd...lol
we'll see...

Very bleak, interesting to have a dawn in black and white. I think if the buildings were a little more clear against the sky it would be very powerful.

A black and white sunrise? Seems like a waste of modern technology.

To me, sunset or sunrise are all about color and this doesn't have any. There isn't enough intrigue in the ground or clouds to compensate for the lack of color.

You're the only brave who dared to post this challenge in B&W !
And I like this harsh, contrasted, a bit grainy B&W. I like also a lot the way some little silhouettes are evoking the town, without really showing it.
Original work, much interesting.
(Really Chernobyl or just a good title ?)

Cool, I had been hoping to enter a B/W sunset, but I didn't quite have the right photo for a conversion. Ballsy move, and I hope it does well.
