Anthuriumby admart01Comment: Thanks to all for my highest number of comments and highest scoring shot! I really liked this photo and glad others shared my enjoyment. The contradiction in the comments refect my trade-offs and conflicts when putting it together (border, b&w, tonal quality, composition) I get so excited when I see I've got a new comment and this challenge was quite exciting!
I've gotten hooked on shooting flowers -- that could be a bad/good thing! |

Grizzledby casualguyComment: Nicely composed and framed. Great lighting-- like that there's something to anchor the lower right corner but the siney metal detracts a bit. best of the grizzly beard shots ;) |

oxidisation - metal vs. the elementsby jsmileyComment: frame overpowers the shot and because it's the same shade as the unusual round thing makes it's color less unique and interesting. It's also a bit too big in proportion to the rest of the shot. |

Pineconeby CDSComment: I'm not sure how I feel about the framing. It adds more of the same color and detracts from the unusual coloring of the twig and cone. The composition otherwise is strong and interesting. The papertowel (?) background would be a touch better if it was in softer focus (it's texture competes in some way with your main subject) |

Agaveby carlacrypticComment: I really like the colors and how they interact with each other and the shapes. Your pov has me looking down the channel and pulls me into the plant. To make this fine shot better,..a little more negative space? |

Tower And Merry-Go-Roundby MonaComment: I like the b&w treatment and the siloetted people - wish that pole wasn't blocking the nice curved feel of the other elements. |

The Fiddle Playerby timj351Comment: A fine shot - nice use of B&W - not exactly sure how this is mundane made extra-ordinary. |

Little Fluffy Cloudby ImagineerComment: I really like this guy - a sweet expression looking into the camera. I'm not sure how it's extra-ordinary. |

Printer Paperby MaestroGeek1Comment: It may be too tough a challenge to make printer paper into an extraordinary image. Perhaps an item with three dimensions? |
