Mississippi Queensby sherComment: Love the composition and clarity of this shot.. it gives a real taste of the "deep south" and certainly what I would expect to see in any guide book for the area.
Very nicely done.

The sound of gravel under your shoes.by jjbeguinComment: You`ve used an "Artist`s eye" for this one !
Someone or something in either the immediate foreground or in the top third of this image would have made it perfect for me.
Very well done |

Go With the Wind by ImagineerComment: Beautiful image taken in the type of conditions that I have been hoping to encounter for quite some time (Bright sunlight against an inky black sky).
You have certainly made the most of this opportunity.
Very well done. |

Market Streetby banmornComment: I like the way you have divided the image up into thirds.
Also the use of differing shapes in those thirds helps to keep the image interesting. Nicely done. |

The State Capitolby smartypantsComment: You did well to avoid using a conventional but boring viewpoint.
I like the way you`ve split your image diagonally...nice work |

Loch Arkletby geewhyComment: You`re almost right Ed.
Where you got it wrong was the bit about "CAREFULLY" selecting the background....c`mon, you know me, I`m too lazy to go to these lengths, I just use the blur tool and zap it. :)
If I did it, it`s got to be easy...no working with layers and altering translucency or any of that malarkey. The day I am unable to get the effects I want the easy way, is the day I`ll bite the bullet and start learning this game.

Mrs. Pearce's Gardenby banmornComment: The composition and the complimentary colour scheme make this image outstanding.
Going into my favourites.
