Touched by the Evening Light by librodoComment: I would like to comment fully on this image but it would probably take a week to finish. I love everything about it.
Composition, tones, textures, lighting.. all superb.
This has got to win a ribbon..fantastic work...10 but I would like to give more. |

Enjoying The Viewby Chilly0999Comment: Nice composition and wonderful simplicity.
I would imagine you will have had a few comments regarding the oversoftened halo effects. I actually like it in this image but some voters will probably lower your score because of it...hope not. |

smoke screenby SeanachaiComment: Very unusual angle of shot ..excellent composition and nice hazy lighting all add to the impact of the image..the haziness behind the subject (almost like a lens reflection) is the only minor drawback to me.
Interesting shot of an unusual subject..should do well |

"Just singing in the rain...."by agwrightComment: Wonderfully sharp image..the water drops on the penguins head really add interest.. a little reflected light to brighten up the side of it`s head and bring the eye into view would have made this perfect.
Good work |

The Gatheringby MalokataComment: Wonderful composition and nice steely grey tones which add a moodiness to the shot. |

Galgothaby RohnComment: This could have been fitted into the "extraordinary" challenge and would probably have done very well (assuming that no cloning was involved).
Very unusual |

Pole positionby Ecce_SignumComment: Nice capture of the "pied wagtail"..the shallow DOF makes a perfect neutral background for the image. Would be interested to know if this was achieved with the camera or post processing as I have found it extremely difficult to achieve such a blurred effect with my camera setting of 2.8 |
