Winterberryby mcmurmaComment: Excellent effect. The DOF is well-chosen to create this reaching out effect. |

Marchby PedroComment: This is very good Peter...should be in the top ten, if not the top 3. Well, we might as well come up with our own calendar. |

Sunbreakby PhilosComment: You know you have a winner and it is all that matters. This picture is really good. Short of a ribbon, a breath away from it...well, I had two before finally getting mine. It will come.

Daybreak by BradComment: Excellent Brad...I have seen it without the Triptych effect and it isn't as powerful as this. Good decision to go along with the suggestion. GREAT photo by itself. |

Sunbreakby PhilosComment: My top pick! Colors are very good, composition is spot on and textures are very delicate. I will give you an 11 if I could.

Eyes by librodoComment: I am so pleased with the results. A week ago I said that my goal in DPChallenge is to get a Blue and an 8. This picture does it for me. Now I can take a rest....for a while.
This shot almost didn't happen. After taking so many pictures of EYES of my three students, Noon, my student in my last period class that day, asked me if I would like to take her picture with the same veil that Megha (another student whom I photographed earlier) used. Just to appease her, I said "why not". So I brought her out of the classroom, and hurriedly took 7 shots...and this was one of them.
Thanks to a very good friend who helped me in the PP. And thanks to Noon, my model.
Those who voted, many many thanks. Now I can concentrate more in my schoolwork since my goal this year has already been achieved.
BUT...if you see pictures of Chinese or China in two weeks, it's from me. I will be going to the Yunnan Province this weekend (and for the entire next week).
