To me it looked well over processed. I voted it down a good bit. I also didn't understand the green hue.

I mean, it's an interesting surreal painted look... but not really a good thing for a photo, in my opinion.

Not up to par with Allen's other photos.

I wish there was a little more tonal range here. Image feels a bit flat. Bisecting the image with the waterline is also a tricky thing to get right.

This is a nice shot. Looks inspired... at least it's got a theme or message of survival behind it... not just a pile of 3 things that don't relate.
