Feed me.. Please?by joebarComment: Originally posted by Kavey: I'd like this a LOT more without the red food and water bowl in shot. A completely plain, pale background thrown out of focus by DOF settings (as it is now) would really show the cat off better, IMO.
I think the pose and capture of the cat itself is great.

I wanted the food bowl in the shot. If it was just a plain background, it probably would have been a boring photo. I wish I could have cropped a little different, but an ugly heating baseboard was just to the left of the bowl and I had to hide it. Plus it was pretty hard getting the cat to look up like that and stay, less try to pose her in an exact spot. Message edited by author 2003-03-26 17:02:51. |

Ten To Twoby NebularusComment: Looks more like quarter to two to me :) Nice photo -- good cropping. Although, I think I may have taken a sliver more off the bottom so ya dont get that bit of space between the bottom of the clock and the edge of the photo. Maybe brighten it up a bit so you can see more detail in the arch? (my work monitor aint the best, so I may be off on this one).. 7 |

BOXby SlimharpoComment: Originally posted by drydoc: Enter your comment here, and then cast your vote...I like this shot. Very clean and simple. Meets the challenge perfectly. But for some reason my minds eye keeps wanting to put a kid in the box! |
Do we need to send the cops to your house drydoc? |

parking meterby katiedid270Comment: Why'd ya cut off the top of the meter? Think this photo could have been helped with some more post processing in Pshop.. Not sure what, but something. It's just kind of bland. Maybe jack up the contrast? Play with saturation? Dunno.. |
