Got More?by robertcarmonaComment: it is a sad thing that the boy is not completely in focus, and the overexposed table is a bit distracting. |

Solitary Manby hotpastaComment: excellent photo. i really liked the idea of no colour in this one. solitude is a theme which works well this way. good framing, but somehow i feel like the cropping is not right. 6 |

Joe Buck Yourselfby aaronwaveComment: one humble advice.. please avoid using your in-camera forced flash unless until you are looking for a snapshot alone. your performer looks a bit scary with those red eyes (when shooting people in low light conditions, use a fill flash or atleast use red eye reduction). |

Sunbathing Aloneby cmittleComment: the background is quite distracting which draws back attention from the main subject. I fear that this might be due to serious lack of features in camera. a part of the log appears to be a bit overexposed to me in my laptop screen. a little more zoom would have eliminated this, and would have made the background more blurry... if your camera has got a digital zoom only or a very limited optical zoom, use digital zoom effectively.. i've read one excellent tutorial in DPC tutorials page titled something like cheap enhancements for your digital camera. |

Inner Sanctumby robaComment: Excellent photo... the long bridge in the background gives a feeling that the place is not a secluded place; yet the man finds himself all alone for fishing. nice subject. nice composition and well captured. 8 cheers |

And the winner is ...by anirenoComment: aha.. one fine way to show latest trends in communication! from wire to wire free! Perhaps you could have switched on the Alcatel (it is Alcatel right?? :D). You have accomplished a nice effect with the sepia tone! |

Wait for the birdy...by TheBromptoneerComment: more zooming in or a smaller aperture size should have made a good DOF for this photograph! Believe me, a greater DOF should have pushed up this image to the top 20's because the carved stone and old rainy water(source=rain perhaps lol) is like a calm symbol here which is very good for showing off "in the garden" theme! Seeking Attention.by surajbharComment: Oh yes. I guess it is well associated with garden too because i know in India, especially in Bangalore & Mysore, there are a lot of animal rehabitation centres associated with some gardens...! Keep up the good work! |

Seeking Attention.by surajbharComment: The shot is really great. But wouldnt it have been more superb if u took it from the straight head on head angle? the tail would have been symmetric and would have made a more appealing shot. I'm not anyway saying that your current show isnt appealing. I'm just trying to stress on possible ways to improve the shot. Perhaps there wouldnt have been such a chance because of heavy crowd or various other reasons. Otherwise i know you would have certainly tried every good angle! Good Luck! |
